CNC Machinist (with Grinding Experience)
The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and adjusting CNC machines to produce precision metal or plastic components according to engineering specifications. This position requires hands-on grinding experience-such as surface, cylindrical, or centerless grinding-to achieve tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid math and measurement skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a production team. Experience with tight tolerances, machining various materials, and troubleshooting equipment is essential. Prior experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment is preferred.
